The goal
The initial version of the skill matching feature was developed by comparing the employer-required skills. However, the skill database is currently disorganized, leading to long-standing complaints from the admin user regarding its usability. The skill matching and searching functionalities also need improvement. The primary objective now is to enhance the user experience by optimizing skill matching, searching, and overall management within the database to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
